PROCESSING
Rice Intake
Rice intake are first sampled to assess the grains’ quality, then input into laboratory processes to examine their physical and chemical characteristics.
Cleaning and Destoning
Rice grains will first process through Pre-Cleaners to get rid of unwanted matters, such as wood pieces, soil, threads, etc. Next, the grains will process through Magnetic and Stone Detectors for detail debris elimination.
Polishing
After cleaning processes, rice will be polished to smoothen the grains and clean out any remaining bran. This process allows rice to be stored for longer period of time.
Grading
Rice grains are then graded for appropriate size by Rotary Sifters and Indented Grading Cylinder.
Color Sorting
High-accuracy Color Sorters is utilized to discard all color-infected grains.
Lab Test
Rice grains are put through laboratory processes to examine their quality prior to packaging. The lab test will determine qualities such as humidity level, rice coloring, and Amylose count.
Packaging
Finish products will be pack with advanced packing machines, where rice weight are precisely calibrated.
Storing
Our products are kept safely in the warehouses, which are constantly monitored to be dust and pest free.
